Shohei Komatsu

Co-founded LITEVIEW in 2015 and Designship in 2018. Since 2021, he has served as Director and CPO of the Faculty of Medicine at Kochi University and BiPSEE, overseeing the development of VR treatment products for depression with the goal of obtaining Japan’s first regulatory approval for VR digital therapeutics (XRDTx).

In 2023, he led the development of the “War Disaster VR” project at the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo. He was also involved in the establishment of the University of Tokyo Brand Studio and has participated in projects such as the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s design promotion initiative, “Design White Paper 2024.”
